Once Again (Lyretry)

My Post (4) (9)
Somber in waiting
A soul worn and waning
Today another chance
To crawl back from the thinning branch
With rays of light
Hoping to take flight
But a weight strung around
Collapses to the ground
Reality once again
Always lost to begin
Pulling at amorphous air
Finding a faltered care
I descend further alone
Till she comes calling home
Once again on my branch
Ready to take a stance
